We jointly define the areas of analysis and the objectives of consulting but of course you may change these at any time. The process begins with a kick-off meeting. After agreeing the timetable, the analysis is started. Alternative scenarios are developed, assessed and compared. The deliverable programme consists of a catalogue of activities including detailed costs and time planning. The success of implementation may be reviewed at any time. Apart from analysis and design, all activities are performed on site, including interviews and workshops. The work is completed by a presentation when the documentation produced is handed over.
