The Annual General Meeting 2008 take place on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 10:00 am in the NH Hotel, Wagramer Straße 21, A-1220 Vienna.
It is referred that the following invitation is added in point seven of the agenda ("Resolution on an amendment to the Articles of Association") compared to the already announced invitation. A reference to the draft of the Articles of Association is made.
