We take over the operation of the entire technical infrastructure, i.e., server, operating systems, data bases, middlewareand networks. Alternatively, we may take care of individual or several modules – according to your requirements. You may determine where the systems will be operated, either on your premises or in our computer centre.

 

The services range from implementation/takeover of an infrastructure through operation, administration, backup/recovery, maintenance using networks and system management to a strict security management.

 

In addition to physical operation, backup/recovery and disaster contingency planning, other modules are used, e.g., networks and system management, database management and security management, complemented by system maintenance to ensure availability, performance and compliance with legal requirements.

 

We use elements from the ITTL Best Practice Library, e.g., service desk, incident, problem, change, and request management.

 

Response times, re-start times etc. are guaranteed in service level agreements.
