We develop components, applications or entire systems – tailored to your requirements, usually on site. Of course we also may provide individual phases, according to, for example, the V-model, i.e., from project definition to requests for quotations, proposals, orders, system specifications, system designs, detailed designs, to implementation and testing of the module, the programme or system until it is accepted. Thanks to our large pool of IT experts, individual programming has been a particular strength of BRAIN FORCE since 1983!

 

The methods to be employed depend on whether system specification is part of our scope or not. Tight project management, using proven methods from ITIL or PMI processes, is the key to success. Special attention is paid to testing, including the early creation of test cases for functional and technical tests as well as case studies including test data close to production. Test tools are used to avoid over repetition of tests. On your behalf, we carry out strict change, backup and risk management. Our quality assurance system is based on the ISO 9001:2000 certification of our company.
