Some stages of manufacture may be outsourced using subcontracting management – yet the control remains within the company. The entire flow of information between the company and the outsourcing partner is automated, logged and monitored using a special function. The flow of material including accompanying documents is also logged and may be tracked at any time.
 
Automated ordering of individual products
The configurator is available for purchased items which may be parameterised. The customer enters the desired functional parameters and this triggers the order process. The tailored product design is automatically worked out. Simultaneously, the production cycle is defined and the material required is ordered in a matter of seconds.
 
Transparent work flow
All accounting processes are presented comprehensibly in a graphical manner. All documents such as orders or invoices are assigned a corresponding status – including the conditions for a change of status. The entire pattern of work flow may be tracked at any time.
 
Sophisticated quality and complaints management
Quality management covers the checking of hardness as well as data on casting and heat treatment. All production steps may be traced easily. Upon receipt of a complaint, the production unit responsible, the melt and suppliers may quickly be identified.
 
Simple administration
