The third quarter 2005 is the most successful quarter in BRAIN FORCE's history. According to the final figures as at 30 September 2005, the turnover in the third quarter 2005 increased again by EUR 3.33 million or 19.1 percent as compared with the record value of the second quarter (EUR 17.42 million) and stood in the third quarter at the new record value of EUR 20.75 million. In the first nine months of 2005 the group generated a turnover of EUR 54.61 million and thus exceeded the comparative value of the preceding year (EUR 47.97 million) by 13.8 percent.
The EBITDA was close to EUR 2.45 million in the third quarter and thus exceeded the value of the second quarter by EUR 1.55 million or 171.5 percent. For the first 9 months of 2005, the EBITDA was at EUR 4.23 million (previous year EUR 2.99 million). This corresponds to an increase of 41.5 percent. Following a value of 5.3 percent as per the half year, the EBITDA margin reaches 7.8 percent over a period of nine months.
The EBIT too reached a record level in the third quarter with EUR 1.69 million (second quarter TEUR 430). For the first nine months in 2005, the EBIT was at EUR 2.53 million (previous year EUR 1.74 million). This corresponds to an increase by TEUR 793 or 45.7 percent. The EBIT margin was 4.6 percent.
Profit for the period after minority was EUR 1.51 million after 9 months (previous year TEUR 688). This corresponds to an increase of TEUR 817 or 118.8 percent. Profit per share is EUR 0.15 (previous year EUR 0.09).
The results of the divisions newly formed in 2005 is represented as follows:
The Enterprise Services (ES) Division generated in the first 9 months of 2005 a turnover of EUR 24.14 million and a divisional EBIT of EUR 1.32 million. The division is the one with the highest turnover of the BRAIN FORCE Group with a share of 44.2 percent. The EBIT margin was close to 5.5 percent as at 30 September.
The Business Solutions (BS) Division generated in the first nine months of 2005 a divisional EBIT of EUR 1.01 million at a turnover of EUR 15.81 million. The EBIT margin was 6.4 percent. The share in the group's turnover was 29.0 percent.
