According to the provisional figures for the fiscal year 2004, the Brain Force Software group achieved an EBIT of EUR 2.39 million (previous year: TEUR 182) with turnover of EUR 64.17 million (previous year: EUR 60.10 million). The group therefore succeeded in raising its result on operating activities by EUR 2.21 million or 1215 percent compared to the previous year, revenues rose by EUR 4.07 million or 6.8 percent. During the same period, the EBITDA stood at EUR 4.13 million (previous year: EUR 3.01 million), which is above previous year by 37.5 percent or EUR 1.13 million.

The result per share stood at EUR 0.21 (previous year: EUR -0.52). EUR 0.05 are attributable to the sale of the TOPCALL International AG shares. The by this effect adjusted result per share stood at the targeted result of EUR 0.16.

Means of payment and short-term monies assessed in current investments of EUR 18.49 million (previous year EUR 4.35 million) were available to the Brain Force Software group as of 31st December 2004. TEUR 410 was used to buy back own shares during the third quarter. These shares are still in proprietary possession.
