The Executive Board announces that Brain Force Software AG has decided on 29th October 2004 to accept the improved voluntary public bid of EDC Investment ltd, a subsidiary of DICOM Group plc, to all shareholders of TOPCALL International AG at the price of EUR 4.28 per share.
