With the Supervisory Board's approval of 23 February 2004, the Executive Board of Brain Force Software AG has decided on 12 February 2004 to increase the company's share capital, by maintaining the subscription rights, from the current par value of EUR 4,834,789.- by a par value of up to EUR 2,417,394.- to a total par value of up to EUR 7,252,183.- by issuing up to 2,417,394 bearer shares (common stock) against contribution in cash.
In this context the Executive Board of Brain Force Software AG is announcing, that the request to exercise subscription rights, published on 27 February 2004 was fully exercised. At the end of subscription period on 15 March 2004 1.818.240 subscription rights have been executed by shareholders. Disposable shares were distributed to investors. The request to exercise subscription rights of Brain Force Software AG was oversubscribed 216 %.
