According to preliminary figures, the BRAIN FORCE group of companies achieved at the end of the first six months of the fiscal year 2006 (June 30, 2006) the following result:

Thus, BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG have been able to improve on their planned performance for the first six months of 2006 and to continue the successful first three months of 2006.

In the first six months of 2006, the EBITDA margin reached 7.6 percent. Thus, last year's margin of 5.3 percent was exceeded by 2.3 percentage points. As compared with the previous year, the result per share was quintupled. This is mainly due to the advantageous tax position of BRAIN FORCE Financial Solutions AG the profit from which can now be utilized after the remaining 5 percent of its widespread shareholdings have been recently acquired and complete take-over could be finalized.

In the operative business – without the acquisitions of INDIS, Italy and VAI in the Netherlands in the previous year – BRAIN FORCE was able to increase sales in the first six months of 2006 by 6.78 percent.
At the reporting date June 30, 2006, means of payment and funds of current assets being invested in marketable securities for the short term of an amount of EUR 22.58 million (Dec. 31, 2005: EUR 11.79 Mio.) are available to the group. The figures as per June 30, 2006 do not yet include the takeover of Systeam GmbH. It will be consolidated into the Holding company according to the plan published on October 01. In 2005, the profitable company with a staff of about 110 achieved a turnover of nearly 17 million Euro in the growth market of 'Managed Services'.
