BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: BFC, Reuters: BFC.VI), a leading IT services provider with business operations in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands, Czech Republic and Slovakia, announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in INISYS Software Consulting GmbH. The parties to the agreement have agreed to maintain confidentiality with regard to the purchase price.

Based in Neulengbach, Lower Austria, INISYS specializes in the sale and implementation of the ERP software solutions Microsoft Dynamics NAV and AX as well as Microsoft CRM, and boasts its own sector-independent cost accounting module. The Austrian firm with its staff of 18 employees serves about 50 medium-sized companies, and enjoys a good reputation in the industry for solution-oriented project execution. All employees of INISYS Software Consulting GmbH will be retained, and the previous owner will also continue to work on behalf of the company. INISYS has continuously expanded and generated clearly positive operating results in recent years. It achieved total revenues of € 1.6 million in 2009.

BRAIN FORCE started to build up an ERP Competence Center in Austria in 2009. The acquisition of INISYS enables it to strengthen its core Business Solutions area. In Italy, BRAIN FORCE boasts longstanding experience and competence with Microsoft Dynamics, featuring solutions designed to optimize the business processes of medium-sized companies. “Our aim is to ensure the successful know-how transfer between our subsidiaries in Austria and Italy, exploit cross selling potential and cost synergies and further expand our partnership with Microsoft.
