Ad-hoc: Thomas Melzer new CFO for BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG
BRAIN FORCE Holding AG, the Frankfurt and Vienna listed international provider of IT services has appointed Thomas Melzer as the new CFO as from April 2008. Günther Pridt, the former MD of IBM Austria, who will be CEO up until the end of 2009, and Thomas Melzer, who has signed a three year contract, will be the BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG Executive Board.

Thomas Melzer, who was born in 1970 in Linz, Austria, holds a degree in business administration. Since 1997, he worked for Wienerberger AG, the world’s largest producer of bricks. Until 1999 he was part of the Corporate Finance and Investor Relations Divisions of Wienerberger AG, since early 2000, he led the Investor Relations and Corporate Communications departments. Since 2001, he is a member of the Management Committee of Wienerberger AG and since June 2007 non-executive Board Member of Pipelife Group. Furthermore, he was a member of the board of Cercle Investor Relations Austria (C.I.R.A.) from January 2000 until September 2007 and served as C.I.R.A. Chairman from 2004 to 2007.
