In the future, BRAIN FORCE will take over the further development and maintenance of the inventory management system at the BHW Lebensversicherung AG (BHW Leben) in Hameln. This crucial business application originally stems from manufacturer FJH. The replacement once again substantiates the considerable competence of the BRAIN FORCE group in the financial services industry.

In particular, BHW Leben is commissioning the BRAIN FORCE group for the next two years. As a result, BRAIN FORCE anticipates an annual turnover of more than 3 million Euros with an EBIT spread of circa 15 percent. The amortisation of the license fee together with other fees to be paid to FJH amounting to approximately 2.6 million Euros is to be taken into account while doing so.

In connection with the project at BHW Leben BRAIN FORCE will establish a new branch office in Hamburg. It is planned to hire a total of up to 18 employees who were already familiar with the same tasks at FJH.
