BRAIN FORCE SOFTWARE AG, Vienna announces according to section 5 paragraph 2 Austrian take over law the intention to take over 100 % of TOPCALL International AG.

The offer price will be subject to the validation of an independent Certified Public Accountant and which will be approximately EUR 3,50 per Topcall share at the current point of time.

Details will be announced in the bidding document at a later time point.
