The Executive Board of Brain Force Software AG wishes to announce that as a result of the subscription offer as published by the company on 18 May 2004, the capital increase was subscribed to a par value of EUR 3.005.645.00.

By that the ordinary cash capital increase as decided upon on 14 April 2004 by the Shareholders' Meeting in the amount of a par value of up to EUR 3,000,000.00 has been fully signed. Additionally 5.645 shares out of the authorised capital to a total par value of EUR 5.645.00 were signed.
