Wolfgang Lippert, until now CFO of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG, resigned from the Management Board for personal reasons with effect of October 29, 2007 and will leave the company definitively on March 31, 2008. For the time being, Günter Pridt, CEO, will be the sole member of the Management Board.
