The BRAIN FORCE group will again do better than the general growth in the market next year. In 2007, the company expects net sales of EUR 116 million, which is a 30 percent increase over last year. In particular the market launch of Microsoft's new Vista operating system will be an exceptional growth driver for the Group. Since the take-over of VAI BV, Netherlands, in 2005, the company has become a specialist by realising software changes for medium-sized and large enterprises. For the European-wide distribution of matching solutions the company has completed the required preparatory work in 2006.
The EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) will be EUR 11.7 million, and the EBIT (earnings before interest and taxes) will be EUR6.4million. The increases over the previous year will therefore be approx. 51 and 106 percent respectively. Excluding depreciation and amortization expenses based on purchase price allocation, the anticipated EBIT will be a noteworthy EUR 8.9 million.
By 2010, the Group expects organic annual growth of 9 percent. Including acquisitions, an average growth of 30 percent per year is forecast. Net sales will then be around EUR 150 million (excluding take-overs) and EUR 250 million (including take-overs) respectively, while the EBIT margin will be 10 percent.
