The board of directors of Brain Force Software AG announce, that Mrs. Dr. Edith Hlawati and Mr. Rolf Michael Betz resign as member of the supervisory board of the company with effect to the end of the annual shareholders´meeting on the 12th June 2003. The board of directors is pointing to the fact that in the agenda of this shareholders´meeting, published in the „Wiener Zeitung“ on the 9th May 2003, the election of the supervisory board has already been announced.
