Professor Peter Kotauczek, CEO of BEKO HOLDING AG, today was elected as a member of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG's Supervisory Board with a striking majority. Almost 100 percent of voting stock cast their ballot in favour of the candidate. Through his election, the Supervisory Board of BRAIN FORCE was enlarged to six members.
Professor Ing. Peter Kotauczek is the founder and CEO of BEKO HOLDING AG, which was established in 1991. This technology services holding company has its headquarters in Vienna. In addition, he serves as President of VÖSI, the Association of the Austrian Software Industry. Currently BEKO holds more than 5 percent in BRAIN FORCE shares. By merging, both companies anticipate major synergies.
