The Executive Board will report on the current status of ongoing negotiations over company acquisitions at today's press conference to present the financial results.

At the present time, Brain Force Software AG is engaged in detailed negotiations with five takeover candidates and is considering one other possible participation.

In three of the projects, second (revised) tenders have already been submitted based on the results of due diligence; due diligence is yet to be completely finalised for just one of these projects. Initial tenders have been exchanged in the other three projects.
