With effect from 08. March 2005, Gunter Reissmann, the member of the Executive Board of BRAIN FORCE SOFTWARE AG responsible for operational business in the Communication Networks area, will step down from this position with the agreement of the supervisory board and the other Executive Board members. Within the company, Gunter Reissmann will continue to be responsible for the Technology Integration (TI) segment as a member of the Central Europe Management Board and as Managing Director of BRAIN FORCE SOftware GmbH, Germany. As such he remains accountable for operational control of the former Communication Networks area. The change conforms with the new organisational structure of the Group introduced at the start of 2005.
