The following new members were elected unanimously to the supervisory board at today's extraordinary shareholders' meeting of BRAIN FORCE SOFTWARE AG:

During the following supervisory board meeting Mr. Dr. Christoph Senft was elected as chairman and Mr. Günter Pridt was elected as deputy chairman of the board.
Resolutions on approving the contribution contract (Top 1), expanding the object of the company (Top 2) and changing the company name (Top 3) were all passed unanimously and with no abstentions.
