The board of directors of BRAIN FORCE SOFTWARE AG announce, that the following persons have resigned as member of the supervisory board of the company:
Mr DDr Hermann Wenusch for business reasons with immediate effect,
Mr Roman Gregorig because of business overload with effect to the 31st May 2005 and
Mr Josef Schmid for business and health reasons with effect to the end of the annual shareholders meeting on the 10th June 2005
