BRAIN FORCE participates in CRM & Business Intelligence 2009 Convention on 21st April in Milan

Strategic utilization of companies’ data – analysis and information management – knowledge management

“Customers” are the most “precious” asset in any company.

On 21st of April 2009 BRAIN FORCE will participate in the convention that will take place in Milan in the ATA Hotel Executive (ATA Hotel Executive, Via L. Sturzo, 45, Milano).

Companies dedicate maximal efforts and commitment in order to establish customer contacts they set up strong relationships in order to serve them for long periods. CRM systems represent therefore a necessary tool that companies need in order to meet their objectives in customer management.

In the most modern systems, CRM, Business Intelligence and Rendering Information systems are intertwined and integrated with cooperative software tools to the point of becoming a unique complex. In order to efficiently generate a CRM and Business Intelligence System it is necessary to have databases and efficient informatics tools in order to provide the management with prompt and reliable elements of support for decision making.

As a matter of fact, users are now requiring more and more information in order to “read into facts and understand them”, to follow and perceive their business changes and to have the possibility of modifying and improving its trend. The use of those integrated systems allows for the creation of shared companies’ databases that constitute the necessary basis to install systems for analysis, reporting and Business Intelligence.

The techniques and methodologies of Business Intelligence have proved to be a powerful instrument for the analysis of the company’s operative environment and the trigger-points for decisional support.

The development of a business strategy is based on the awareness of a series of variables that represent trends, threats and opportunities which are available on the current socio-economic environment.

Many processes re-engineering projects, developed on a cooperative base, take place thanks to “groupware” systems that act as enablers of the changing process. We can now look to the formation of “interacting work groups” that work in a harmonic manner, interchanging information and making decisions on the basis of common shared knowledge.
