SolveDirect, a division of BRAIN FORCE offers its customers a comprehensive training program (SD.academy) which assures qualified staff and an efficient use of the SolveDirect products: ServiceDesk SD², SD.cube ML und SD.bridge. The SD.academy program imparts the basic knowledge of the SolveDirect application in different courses. After the basic trainings, it is possible to take a certification examination.
