The municipality of Zaltbommel (Netherlands) has chosen BRAIN FORCE Packaging Robot to improve the quality of their IT-environment. This software solution automatically generates large amounts of application packages in MSI- or Microsoft SoftGrid-format. The municipality used the solution to transform all their applications to MSI-files. This dramatically reduced the number of telephone calls to the helpdesk. Additionally the municipality saved time in making packages.

Emiel de Bruijn, senior systems manager at the municipality of Zaltbommel: “In the past we each had our own manner to create MSI-packages. As a result of that, we had quite a number of errors every day. Therefore we spent a lot of time on solving problems. Now that we are working with Packaging Robot, the availability of applications has increased considerably and we can spend our time on other IT issues.”
