Effective September 23, 2008,
Martin Kögel and Petr Vaclavek have dropped out of their
positions on the Management Board of BRAIN FORCE Software GmbH, Munich, Germany,
a 100% subsidiary of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG, for good cause. The Management
Board of BRAIN FORCE Software GmbH, Munich,
will continue to consist of the two remaining board members, Martin Friedrich and
Karl Haas.
“Martin Friedrich and Karl Haas have long-standing management
experience in the IT sector and with the BRAIN FORCE Group. On the one hand,
this solution provides for continuity in the management of our German
subsidiary. On the other hand, it ensures that the interests of our customers
and employees will be fully represented in all business areas without
interruption”, says Günter Pridt, CEO of BRAIN FORCE HOLDING AG, in commenting
on the change in the operational management team in Germany.
