BRAIN FORCE invites IT Managers, team leaders, process managers, business managers and BRAIN FORCE customers to participate in the Wall Street Business Game.
Wall Street is an exclusive business game that offers the possibility of learning ITIL methodologies in a pragmatic way through the simulation in a virtual context. The approach will allow participants, to experiment the ITIL methodologies, avoiding any impacts on the business effectiveness and simulating the management of processes of a complex IT structure.
The business game simulates Wall Street, as the stock trading processes – like other business processes – highly depend on the efficiency and capability of IT services to quickly adapt to the demand of the operative needs. Participants will undertake roles both linked to the company’s core business and to the IT.
During the business game the ITIL methodology applications will be examined with regards to the principal processes of an IT organization, such as Change Management, Incident Management, Problem management and Release and Configuration Management
